Topeka Adds Broadcaster/Front Office Vet

Today Topeka Pro Hockey of the Federal Prospects Hockey League are proud to announce they have hired a team Broadcaster/Director of Communications in Jonathan Kliment.

Kliment brings a wealth of experience to the new organization. Jon has spent the last seven years working in markets throughout the FPHL three times helping to set up and kickoff new markets successfully. Kliment graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s from Full Sail University in Sports Management and Marketing after completing American Broadcasting School. After completing last season with the Mississippi Sea Wolves and working through the Boston Bruins Scouting Mentorship program, Topeka is excited to bring a seasoned veteran on board to their front office staff.

In addition to his on-air role, which will be for all games both home and road giving Topeka coverage whenever the team takes the ice next season, Kliment will also be working in a Sales role with the organization helping with corporate partnerships immediately as well as handling social media for the team.

“We are thrilled to welcome such an experienced announcer to Topeka, who already shares a strong relationship with ownership from previous years. We are excited to have someone on board who knows the challenges of a first-year organization and can help us get off on the right foot.” Owner Chris Bryniarski told media members.

“Jon not only brings extensive experience in broadcasting but also excels in several front office areas. When looking for a staff we are looking for people who can bring a lot of elements to the table. With Jon’s experience in the league and experience beyond what he brings in the booth we know he’ll be an asset for the city and the team.” Don Lewis, Topeka Pro Hockey Owner, added.
